The Art of Salsa Dance is back!

This Spring 2026, we are offering two classes:

1. Beginner (6:00pm - 7:00pm)

2. Advanced Beginner / Intermediate (7:00pm - 8:00pm)

Join us every Wednesday for a fun and welcoming Salsa dance class where you’ll learn:

• Essential On1 technique

• Partner work

• Basic shines (solo footwork)

• Musical foundations that shape the many styles of salsa

Beginner: No prior dance experience needed! Students will learn a style of salsa known as On1, including the basic step, a few basic shines (footwork), and beginner partner work (such as turns) that will help you start moving confidently around the dance floor.

Advanced Beginner / Intermediate: Previous knowledge and understanding of the On1 basic step and partner work is needed, including commonly taught elements such as basic right turns and the cross-body-lead. This class builds on the Beginner level, moving at a faster pace with a wider variety of partner combinations.

All classes are open to adults and teens (ages 12+). Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes—and bring your energy!
