Katelyn Halpern (she/they)
Katelyn is an arts administrator, consultant, and working artist living in Jersey City, New Jersey.
As a consultant and administrator, she supports clients with project management, arts-life organization, and full service grant writing, and specializes in emotional support for budget planning and revision. Her clients have won over $430,000 in small and local grants. She is also the founding artistic director of SMUSH Gallery, an art space dedicated to creative and community work in Jersey City.
As an artist, her practice is rooted in her training as a dancer and writer. She works in installations, performance, multimedia visual art, and the written word, and is hailed as a “compelling conceptual artist,” “mischief maker,” and “born searcher,” (Jersey City Times).
Program DevelopmentMeagan Woods (she/her)
Meagan Woods is an interdisciplinary artist who works in dance, theatre, and costume design. She holds an MFA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Simon Fraser University and a BFA in Dance from Rutgers University, where she earned the Margery Turner Award for choreography. Her work has been shown at Bryant Park, Lincoln Center, the TEDx Stage, and at venues across the US, Canada, Portugal, France, Taiwan, Norway, Greece and The Philippines. Meagan is also a collaborator with Moving Matter, a long-term research project that centers natural materials (mud, grass, branches) as guiding collaborative forces in the development of dances, costume designs, and installations.

Julissa Bedoya
Julissa Bedoya is a Jersey City–born, Colombian-American creative, fractional operations consultant, and project manager who bridges corporate strategy with community impact. After years in corporate operations, project management, and executive support, she transitioned to independent consulting to focus on purpose-driven work.
Today, Julissa partners with small businesses and community-based creatives to build organized, sustainable, and values-aligned operations. She helps entrepreneurs refine workflows, strengthen brand strategy, enhance digital presence, and turn vision into actionable results. Her work enables artists and community leaders to grow their projects with clear plans, scalable systems, and zero burnout.
By bringing corporate-level operational expertise to grassroots visionaries, Julissa empowers founders and creatives to grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Kiernan Robinson is a multidisciplinary artist, producer, and noise-maker currently based out of Washington, DC. Their endeavors recently have focused on labor, love, brutality, and community; exploring how we work to mold and understand the systems and people around us.
